A chief of staff for all your agents

Ten agent sessions. One right hand.

Pygmalion follows your Claude Code, Codex, Gemini CLI and opencode sessions, keeps the work in order and writes to you on Telegram when a result, a blocker or a decision needs your attention.

You launched the agents. Now you're their supervisor.

Three sessions are running. One finished twenty minutes ago and nobody noticed. Another is waiting for an answer only you can give. The third may be working. To find out, you have to go and look, window after window.

Agents are getting faster. Keeping up with them has become your second job.

Three steps, then you stop watching.

  1. Hand over the work

Tell Pygmalion which sessions are already running, or ask it on Telegram to start one.

  2. It keeps the thread

It spots the session that finishes, stops or asks a question, reruns a check when it can, and reads the real result before telling you about it.

  3. You answer when it's your turn

One line of context, two options at most, its recommendation. Yes, no or a voice note. Nothing goes out without your approval.

  1. The recap · nothing overnight, quiet hours
Hello. Since Friday: the billing fix is done, the import script is blocked, and a launch is waiting for your decision.
  2. Done, with proof
    Claude Code
The fix is ready. The 12 targeted tests pass; here is the summary of changes.
  3. Blocked, with what it takes to restart
    Gemini CLI
The import session stopped: clients.csv is missing. Send it here and I'll restart it.
    clients.csv48 KB

You send the file from your phone. Pygmalion restarts the session.

  4. A decision
    Codex
The launch is ready. Option A: publish now; option B: wait until tomorrow. I recommend B: the last check isn't finished. Publish now?

    You tap No. It waits.

  5. A voice note on the platform

You never had to ask “where are we?” It told you.

Your agents run on the subscription you already pay for.

Pygmalion doesn't sell AI and doesn't replace your agents. Claude Code keeps using your Claude plan, Codex your Codex access, Gemini CLI and opencode theirs. Pygmalion follows them, summarizes them and asks you the right question. Your team stays yours. By default they are coding agents, but you choose which ones.

Claude CodeCodexGemini CLIopencode

A chief of staff, not fifteen assistants.

It runs on your machine, next to your tools and your MCP servers, with nothing to reinstall. Your code stays with you; Pygmalion only receives the status events and the summaries it needs to answer you.

An agent opens a pull request? It tells you in one sentence, before you had to ask.

The questions we get first.

Is it safe to let it act for me?

It approves nothing on its own. Any action toward the outside (a post, a send, a launch) stays on hold until you say yes. Your sessions and your code stay on your machine or in your sandbox. Pygmalion receives the status events and the summaries it needs to answer you, plus the files you choose to send. It does not store your code.

How much does it cost?

Pygmalion doesn't resell your agents' tokens. They keep running on your current subscriptions. Alerts and yes/no answers are free. The price of the full offer (recap of all sessions, voice, history) will be announced before the beta.

I already have Claude Code. Doesn't it do this already?

If you run a single Claude Code session on a single machine, Anthropic's remote control may be enough, and it's free. Pygmalion matters once there are several: several sessions, several tools, sometimes several machines. Each vendor's app shows its own agent. Pygmalion shows them all in one conversation and tells you, in one sentence, which one needs you.

Do I need to read code?

No. Pygmalion reports the state of the work and its result in plain language, and asks closed questions. If you want the detail of the changes, it sends it to you.

Will it message me all day?

Only when something changes: a result, a blocker, a decision. The rest goes into a recap, and quiet hours keep your nights silent.

What if my computer is off?

The brain that keeps the thread stays awake: it keeps following your sessions, alerting you and answering your messages even while your laptop sleeps. Resuming the work itself on a remote machine, without yours being on, is in progress, not shipped yet.

Can I answer somewhere other than Telegram?

Today everything goes through Telegram, on your phone or your computer: text, button, voice note, photo or file. WhatsApp is in progress.

Under the hood, for the curious

Pygmalion is built on agentproto, an open source agent daemon. A connector runs next to your agents on each machine and drives each tool through its own interfaces. On the phone side, it's an ordinary Telegram conversation. You can host everything yourself.

Hand the follow-up to Pygmalion. Keep the decisions.

One conversation instead of ten windows. It writes to you when it matters.
